Marion Labatut

In her current role, Marion Labatut is Deputy director for European Affairs and Head of Brussels office for EDF. Ms Labatut draws from twelve years of professional experience in energy and climate policy for government entities, a trade association and the private sector. She previously served as Policy Director at Eurelectric, the Brussels-based European power sector trade body, where she occupied several managerial and expert roles over six years. As an electricity markets expert she worked on long term EU energy scenarios and investment projects at EDF in Paris. Earlier on, Ms Labatut managed cooperation projects focusing on energy policies in Vietnam for Adetef in Hanoi. Marion Labatut holds a Master degree in Economics and International Business from Sciences Po Paris, a MSc in Energy Systems Optimization from Mines ParisTech and a Diploma of higher education in philosophy at Université Paris Sorbonne.
